HAPPY 20th BIRTHDAY KIAM!!

yesterday night at Gold Dust was great. we were there celebrating kiam`s birthday and there were live performances by fel`s friend and his band AND of course, the hilarious drag show by Kumar and some of his fellow drag queens.

the band played many great songs, though kiam and i didn`t heard of some of the songs cos` they dated way back to the early 70s. man, i wasn`t even a single amoeba back then! oh and there was this song that they played to "welcome" Kumar onto the stage. it goes something like...

"Kumar, where the fuck is Kumar?"

almost all of the audiences know to sang that line. even von. kiam and i were like "huh? okae, its not us. its cos` they are all old." =X

and when Kumar came onto the stage, man! he sure knows how to work the stage. his jokes were so blunt and sarcastic, it`s hysterical! he literally talked about stuffs people wouldn`t dare to on stage and stuffs that are not supposed to be mention on stage!! now that`s what i call a true entertainer. -claps. the performance he and the other drag queens put up were so awesome as well. oh and they came off the stage and pressed the guys heads onto their... ahem, breasts! haha!

i also get to take a photo or two with Kumar and one of the drag queen. but its in von`s digi cam so yea, i didn`t have it with me. but i promised to post it up the min i got it! and i finally met a guy with a "helmet" like mine. ha! kiam and von said we`re the "helmet brothers." -smacks forehead. i`m helmet 1 and he`s helmet 2. sounds like the bananas in pyjamas.

finally. i`ve been fiddling with all my phone`s stuffs the whole morning and yes, i`m finally done!! yay ((: so now, i can transfer songs and photos from my com to my phone(vice versa) with just a click away.

TECHNOLOGY. man, hail to `em.

i`m so happy with this phone. like it has everything in it. mainly a 2 megapixel camera, mp3, radio and... -holds breath, its 3G! okae. i know i said this before that a phone with too many functions tends to break down easily, but i`m only using its mp3 to store songs for my ringtone. and besides, why do i need its mp3 function when i already had my nano? oh and you guys must be wondering which model am i using. its...

first, its my choice to use whatever phone i want. second, i`m very much used to the messaging style of Nokia and third, its none of your business right? its not as if you`ll die of a horrible death if i use this phone isn`t it? oh and by the way, i won`t give a damn either. so kiss my ass save your breath.

oh oh and i`m so lost about what to buy for miss ah xian for her birthday. i have a few stuffs on my mind but not sure if it will do. what you want ah? hehe.

what the hell.

man, my life`s getting way too boring. i`m basically sitting on my ass every weekday at home doing well, nothing. i don`t wanna find a temporary part time job cos` i already have one as an assistant pet groomer but its only on weekends, which on the other hand is good for me when skoo` starts in july. so i can study and earn some pennies to keep myself alive in this blood-sucking society.

YES. JULY.

so there`s like 3 fucking more months to go and i don`t wanna kiss my sorry ass goodbye. so hopefully, next month i`ll start working every monday, wednesday and friday to keep myself occupied. oh Lord, i pray i pray.

oh and there was this question that someone asked me lately.

"do you curse and swear often?"

yes, i do. but not often.

so its actually kinda amazing to me how some people can use profanity in every sentence they said. i mean when you`re angry and you start going on and on and on, its okae. but what i`m more fascinated is how some people can praise and describe others using profanity.

an example like this scenario when dick and harry spotted this adriana lima lookalike:

dick: "fuck! look!" -points to adriana lima lookalike.
harry: "no shit! she`s fucking hot!"
dick: "hell yea. fuck those slim, smooth, neverending legs..."
harry: "man, no bullshit i tell you son of a bitch."
dick: "yea. where can you find such a fucking hot chick?!"

...

i do have some friends who use vulgarities often, but not as often as dick and harry of course. then sometimes, some of my oh-i`m-an-angel friends would tell `em to be more polite. so its no surprise why they always quarrel. haha. and its always the good side that lost cause` they think "its a waste of their time to be good and persuade their friends to stop using profanity." bullshit -see? i just said one.

all i`m saying is that its not bad using words like "fuck" or "asshole", its only a matter of how you use it and how often you use it. HOWEVER, i strictly detest hokkien, cantonese and whatever shit dialect`s profanity. its just too vulgar as compared to "fuck" or "asshole". besides, bengs and lians use `em. how glamour can it be?

come to think of it, the world would be so dull and boring if no one uses profanity. i mean its fun to hear from someone who`s using it for some funny stories or jokes once in awhile, then life would be so much more interesting.

okae. that came kinda late cos` i`ve been pretty busy lately. but nonetheless, i still have to mention the madness hiding around changi airport waiting for her arrival. we were like "hey, hide behind this pillar so she can`t see us", "hey, call that blangrah hold a piece of paper with her name on it and wait for her" blah blah blah. then as soon as she stepped out of the arrival hall, von, fel and i ran like tiny mice looking for cover.

and man, i tell you. when she found fel, her voice drowned the whole of changi airport.

its so cute and "jumpy" lahh. haha. when i walked down the steps to my home, she just spring out from the corner and scare the shit out of me. i thought i was gonna get robbed by some short brown kid or something. haha. oh she`s tan with this black face and she looks so much like a german shepherd puppy. i want her soooo bad. daddy, please let me keep her ((:

anyways, right now just as i`m typing this, she`s sleeping outside of my place behind my bike. haha. and tommy gave her a bowl of rice with veggies just now. and she only ate the veggies and ikan bilis. smart ass!!

i`m guessing she belongs to some indian family partly cos` she`s a cross, she wears a collar and she doesn`t seem to understand a word i said, e.g sit. she`s also got some problem with her left eye BUT this is not one of the reason i suspect she belongs to an indian family. so don`t assume people.

prolly`s cause i`m meeting some of the 4e10s tommorrow. man, its been a good ol` 2 years since we last met. well, for me that is. i think they had a gathering last year but i couldn`t make it due to my work.

then why is it whenever i brush her she didn`t even move a twitch? GAH. she`s lying. i think she`s trying to make my baby sparky hate me. which she successfully did i tell you. urgh. now whenever sparky sees me open the door, she would jump back to her litterbox. but when carol`s the one who opens the door, i tell you, sparky hops towards carol like she`d never hopped in her entire life.

and for the record, sparky HARDLY hops. she crawls.

just when i was about to step out of the house to collect my portfolio from my alma mater today, down came a huge and heavy downpour. urrgh!! so being the "strictly-no-umbrella-when-i-go-out" and astraphobic person that i am, i quietly shut myself up behind closed door and stuff myself yes, maggie noodles for lunch. okae. i admit i`m just plain lazy to bring an umbrella out but the distance between my house and the bus stop, man, even if you shelter yourself with an umbrella, you`ll find the umbrella redundant.

what`s more, i`ll always leave the umbrella hanging somewhere around singapore. so if you guys ever found some stray umbrella hanging around, it might just be mine -which perhaps explain why my family NEVER buy umbrellas.

right. so after lunch, i went back to my room, lit up the candles and turn on the FM. i was sitting by the window looking up at the gloomy sky when this fucking huge streak of lightning stretch throughout the sky -shudders. man, that was enough to scare the shit out of me. i hate lightning. and i won`t deny i`m afraid of it.

as quickly as i could, i shut the windows and headed straight to my com. i was checking my mail and watching some porn -which surprisingly for me, kills time very well, when the evening sun pierced through the window. the rain had stopped!! thank God!!

so off i go to get my dinner -which i`m yearning so badly for, when this small lil` malay boy stood in front of me as i`m queuing up for the ATM to get some cash. he "belongs" to this old lady in front of me, which i didn`t know what the hell is she doing with the machine cause she took eons, ran around like some lunatic, opening the doors of every shop and grabbing the buns at NTUC. all i could think of at the point of time was "somebody please leash this kid up!". urgh.

i get very pissed if i didn`t get my dinner on time and there comes some crazy brat with he`s granny who is surprisingly, not THAT wrinkled-old.

March 29th, Wednesday: 2 days to my day and its Kingsly`s birthday!

okae. as usual, its my off day. so faith, alez and i decided to head down town to do some shopping. man, i love to shop. like literally. you know when you saw that one thing and you go like "ahhh! i`m gonna get that!", that moment was priceless i say. just like when i saw the Esprit shirt. i went like "man, i`m gonna get that for sure." so yes, i got it -loves!

it was quite crazy that night. we were sitting down outside Taka smoking, -jocie, you heard me. so shhh!(: when faith got the urge to sing. but crystal(her friend) wasn`t working that night at partyworld so we decided not to patronize that place since we didn`t have discount and heard its ex =X

March 30th, Thursday: 1 more day!

work was okae. but my bag was friggin` heavy. i brought along my slips and my secondary skoo` tee cos` you wouldn`t want to get any stinky dog stench on your tee especially when you`re going out later in the night right? oh and i`m so paiseh to get kingsly to let me off work early. especially when he`s not completely done with his work. -sorry kings!

so off i go, back to town to meet up with faith and alez. i was so shocked to see faith`s hand carrying a box of cake. then she said that we`re going to partyworld to celebrate my birthday! yipee!

well, crystal was there. so we got a huge discount from her -thanks crystal! and though the songs there were a lil` bit lesser than K box`s and the place`s more beng-ish, it was okae lahh. then it was countdown to my birthday (:

March 31st: My birthday!!

right, so after we sang the shit out of us, its already 3am in the morning. no buses and train in service, yes, rotting`s the best choice. so we went to coffee club for some breakfast and hell it was cool. well, except for that stinky mosquito gas the guys were spraying.

there`s our food. i had country pie -which was not bad, faith had this mussels thingy -she got this craving for seafood lately and alez had rosemary chicken.

we sat till 5am and was so so tired except for faith. she wanted to continue shopping but hell, alez and i was so shagged. so shagged that we wanna go back to our mommies (: well, not in the case of alez though =X

at that point of time, all we can think of was our comfy bed and some serious bathing when snap, out came faith`s brilliant plan. "we will rent a hotel for 1 night!!"

trying to hide how shocked alez and i were, we went "i`m fine you know, i`m cool with it man." but hell, we couldn`t afford some shangri-la and hilton that night. so we`ll have to make do with...

HOTEL 81.

we ended up at the lavender one. it was bad. like the worst hotel i ever went. it was like the size of my room. well, even smaller.

and then there`s mine. swordfish collar. huge bugger this fellow is. imagine i only ate the collar. and its already that much.

gawd. faith`s definitely hungry -well, as usual =X as if her food wasn`t enough, she got this huge glass of drink. some pineapple and rambutan ice drink.

see? its like the size of her egghead. and look at that hungry ass`s face waiting for her food to arrive.

alez and i didn`t look happy of cos`. our drinks were half of hers -pouts.

and look at how hungry she is. the food didn`t even arrive and she drank 1/4 of it already.

man, it was a memorable birthday celebration and it`s always going to be. and tonight, i`m gonna get my cheesecake from mo!!
