here i am, sitting in the living room all

by myself typing this

last entry for 2008. no, i`m not

heading out to welcome the new year

even though i can`t wait for

the arrival of 2009. i`d rather sit here

and watch the death

of 2008.

2008 had been one hell of a ride. it saw

many different events, big and small,

good and bad. while some remained

deep in our hearts, some we

just can`t wait

to forget.

i don`t know if i`d

say it was a bad year but i `m glad

in a few hours` time, it will be

put to rest and 2008 is officially, history.

so, the next time my cyber-self

meet you guys, we will all be on 2009.

here`s to new beginnings and a better year!

i cannot believe i`m typing this

right now. not when

i`ve typed one months ago.

we all saw it coming. he, saw it coming.

he battled the disease for months

and he finally succumbed to it just

hours before.

it was caner. it was cancer

that took him away. away from his mother,

his wife, his 10 year old daughter and

all of us.

he, my uncle.

the envelope that sat on my laptop;

i passed. feels like a weight

off my shoulder

if you ask me. yeah, it feels good.

you`re the first person i wanted to share this with

but,

if only you can see the smile on my face now.

one word: DRAMA. first, our dear

adriel decides to turn up

for the event in his infamous tailored

shorts, only to be denied at the entrance. so

chloe and her cousin, june

accompanied him to get a pair of  pants from

mustafa while the rest of us went to buy

cheap liquor to "get ahead" first.

after we managed to get in, the drinking continues

and eventually, it led to:

1) adriel flinging

charlene on the dancefloor, causing her to slip

and slide across it.

2)chloe puking on the

dancefloor.

3)adriel, charlene and me digging through some random lady`s

pouch(who is sitting right in

front of us by the way) and took her lipstick

out and play with it.

4)charlene and me "helping ourselves" to some

random drink on some guy`s table.

if  you think that`s all, wait. after the club, we left

for liang court to get gene`s car

and yes, charlene, adriel and i had to pee. so

we went to the toilet and i left my wallet

in the ladies cause charlene wanted adriel and me

to accompany her.

long story short, a good samaritan found my wallet

and handed it to the security guard. so i

got it back, without the cash in

it of course. some "good samaritan" this person huh.

moving on, it`s our very own CD5A

people and vodka of course!

eons ago. anyway, i

can`t wait for aaron`s return partly `cause

he`s helping me to get

this french movie i`ve been dying to lay

my hands on! it seems like

a nice show and i want to watch it so

badly because louis garrel is in it!

hedi slimane shot him in a black and

white photoshoot awhile back and

he is sooooooooo hot!

breathe, remy. breathe!

but that`s not all. watch these!

i`d still prefer sean o`pry but i wouldn`t mind this

french dude! then again, who am

i to choose?

the future is a grey area;

i was trying to forget whatever that

had happened. i was trying

to erase every trace of you ever since

last goodbye. and i`m still trying.

but you came back, just now, even if it

was a short while. even if it

cost you when you needed the money so much.

those 3 words i thought i`d never hear from you,

again. ever.

but now, i`m back, to where i came from. even though

it was less than an hour, i`m still glad. it was

one of the best moments i had.

i`m not erasing anything now.
